ODCC (Open Data Center Committee) is the abbreviation for the Open Data Center Standards Promotion Committee of the China Communications Standards Association.
With the purpose of openness, innovation, cooperation, and win-win, ODCC focuses on servers (computing), facilities, networks, edge computing, new technologies and testing, intelligent monitoring and operation and maintenance, storage, liquid cooling, 448G, OCS, and other contents to create a dynamic, efficient, internationally competitive ecosystem and open platform through AI network laboratories, AI storage laboratories, and promote the formation of internationally influential norms and standards, and promote global computing industry cooperation, technological innovation, and promotion and application.
ODCC has currently released over 300 achievements; ODCC regularly holds general and thematic meetings; ODCC holds the Open Data Center Summit annually, it’s upgraded to Open Data Center Summit and Computing Expo (ODX) in 2026; The various works of ODCC have played a positive leading and promoting role in the development of the global computing power industry, becoming a benchmark for the development of the computing power industry.
The board members of ODCC are Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Meituan, and JD.com; Member units cover well-known enterprises in the global computing industry.
